A BILL to repeal section forty-a, article two, chapter twenty of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to repealing the Class AB
combination resident statewide hunting, trapping and fishing
license.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.
§1. Repeal of section relating to the Class AB combination
resident statewide hunting, trapping and fishing license.

Section forty-a, article two, chapter twenty
of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the
code which created the Class AB combination resident statewide
hunting, trapping and fishing license.
